  • Dry roast ½ cup of whole pepper for 5 minutes with low flame.
  • Continue to roast until it pops out, aroma comes.
  • Cool down completely in the jar.
  • Grind it fine or coarse as preferred.
  • Cool down for at least 2-3 hours.
  • Store in a dry condition bottle
